How to install the Carriyo Shopify App?

Installing Carriyo on Shopify is easy! Just head to the Shopify app store and search for Carriyo. You can also use this direct link to the app's homepage.

Just click Install and go through the flow. Users can either create a new Carriyo account for their Shopify Store or connect an existing Carriyo account.

How does it work?

The new app offers an intuitive and frictionless approach to shipping Shopify orders.

Data Synchronization

Once the app is installed, Carriyo synchronizes all of your Shopify data into Carriyo including:

• Recent orders (as orders)
• Locations (as Fulfillment Locations)
• Shipping Methods (as Delivery Types)
• Products (as items)

Order Management

Once the installation is complete, orders flow from Shopify to Carriyo in a seamless manner to the new Orders module.

Orders can be fulfilled in Shopify to automatically generate shipments. But, for added control over parcel information and shipping options, users can also ship orders in Carriyo, which will automatically fulfill the orders in Shopify.

Carriyo allows merchants to split orders, select the shipping location, and determine the ideal packaging option for each parcel along with the the chosen carrier service.

In the new order screen, fulfilled items will be visible along with the related shipment for an easy management of order fulfillment.

Shipment Booking

Once an order is shipped or partially shipped, merchants can easily print labels and other shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing slips and other custom documentation needed for each parcel.

Shipment Tracking

Carriyo automatically shares tracking information with Shopify, keeping each Fulfillment Order updated based on the carrier's status updates.

The Branded Tracking Page link is automatically shared with Shopify as well to allow users to easily access the page and share it with customers on Shopify.

Returns Management

Carriyo's Returns Management module is also seamlessly integrated with Shopify, offering merchants an easy way to setup a Branded Returns Portal for customers to submit their return requests and for customer service agents to review them and create reverse shipments for the collection of items to be shipped back to a fulfillment location.

As returns are processed, Carriyo keeps orders on Shopify updated to allow merchants to process refunds and exchanges with ease.
