Fulfill an order

Use this page to walk an order through its fulfillment workflow — pick, pack, and ship, once it has been allocated to a location.

Fulfillment workflow

• Dashboard path: Orders > [order ID] or the Fulfillment App for warehouse-floor flows.
• Step 1: Open the allocated order or fulfillment order.
• Step 2: Mark line items as picked.
• Step 3: Mark as packed.
• Step 4: Create a shipment from the fulfillment order. The shipment carries line items, customer details, and the chosen carrier.

Splits and partial fulfillment

• A single order can produce multiple shipments if line items split across locations.
