Use service level sets to group service level rules by pickup country and merchant. Rules inside a set inherit those properties. Carriyo supports four types of service levels. When you configure sets and rules, data appears in the Carrier Performance and Service Level Performance reports.

You can configure service level sets for both forward and reverse shipments. Duplicate sets cannot be created or activated.

Setting up a service level set

1. Navigate to Shipping > service levels on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page shows all existing forward service level sets. Click the Reverse tab to see reverse sets. To create a new set, click the add icon in the top-right corner.

Use the search and filter options to narrow the list to relevant sets.

2. Enter a name, pickup countries, and merchants for the set. Set the status to active so the set takes effect. Click Save when all required details are entered.

Note: Carriyo does not allow duplicate service level sets.

3. You can edit, duplicate, or delete a set. Click the set name to open it for editing.

Hover over the number or question mark to see the merchant names assigned to the set.

Activating and deactivating service level sets

Deactivate a set when it is not in use or only applies for a limited period. Deactivating a set also disables all rules inside it. You can reactivate the set when needed.

To create rules inside a set, see Set up service level rules.
