Install the Carriyo SFCC connector to sync shipments and tracking between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Carriyo. The connector is a free cartridge on the Salesforce AppExchange, provided by C4 Nexus.
Capabilities
- Shipment creation: automatically create shipments in Carriyo for new orders placed in SFCC.
- Status updates and tracking: sync shipment statuses and tracking links back to SFCC for easy order management.
