Sign-off checklist

Before both teams sign off a connector integration, verify each item below.

Mappings

  • Status mapping: all carrier statuses are mapped correctly to Carriyo statuses.
  • City & area mapping: any city/area mappings required between Carriyo and carrier systems are completed.

Shipment booking

  • Single-parcel booking
    • AWB or tracking number returned in response.
    • Successful label generation.
  • Multi-parcel booking
    • AWB or tracking number for multi-parcel shipments.
    • Labels for each parcel in a multi-parcel shipment.

Error handling

  • Validate error response during shipment booking
    • Data validation errors during booking.
    • Technical errors during booking.

Status updates

  • Status updates via status pull
    • Status code in response.
    • Status date and status history in response.
  • Status updates via real-time webhook callbacks
    • Tracking number in webhook payload.
    • Status code in webhook payload.
    • Status date in webhook payload.

Optional capabilities

  • Cancel shipment (if supported)
    • Cancel shipment before shipping.
    • Cancel shipment after shipping.
  • Schedule shipments for collection (if supported)
    • Shipment collection can be scheduled for on-demand deliveries.
  • Manifest shipments for collection (if supported)
    • Shipments can be manifested for collection with the carrier.
