Stub page, the structure below outlines what the finished page will cover.

Use delivery options to configure what a customer can pick at checkout (standard, express, same-day, scheduled, click-and-collect) and how that selection drives downstream service-level routing.

Creating a delivery option

  • Dashboard path: Settings > Shipping Automation > Delivery Options (/settings/delivery-options).
  • Step 1: Click + add option.
  • Step 2: Name the option and choose its type (standard, express, scheduled, click-and-collect).
  • Step 3: Set scope: merchants, pickup countries, dropoff countries.
  • Step 4: Map the option to a service level for downstream SLA computation.
  • Step 5: Set the shipping fee (see below).
  • Step 6: Configure customer-facing labels (per language) and any restrictions (cut-off times, weight limits).
  • Step 7: Save and activate.

Setting the shipping fee

  • Pick a pricing strategy: Free of Cost, Paid, or Pass Through.
  • Free of Cost charges nothing — the option always quotes a zero fee.
  • Paid charges a price you configure per currency. Choose a calculation method:
    • Fixed Price — one amount per currency.
    • Tiered - Order Value — order-value bands, each with its own amount. Use a 0 amount on the top band for free shipping above a threshold.
  • Pass Through quotes the live carrier rate for the shipment. It's only available once the option has a carrier account; saving a pass-through option without one reverts it to Free of Cost.
  • Set a default currency. Checkout falls back to it when no price entry matches the order's currency.

Managing existing options

  • Reorder options to control how they appear at checkout.
  • Activate or deactivate individual options.
  • Edit, duplicate, or delete from the list.
