Manage inventory positions

Use inventory positions to track stock counts per merchant and location. Carriyo holds an operational copy of your inventory, your WMS, PIM, or commerce platform stays the source of truth.
Setting up
- Dashboard path: Settings > Administration > Inventory Positions (
/settings/inventory-positions). - Prerequisites: at least one merchant and one location configured.
- Step 1: Navigate to the Inventory Positions page.
- Step 2: Click + add record and fill in merchant, location, SKU, and quantity.
- Step 3: Save. The record appears in the list and is available for downstream allocation.
Bulk import and export
- Import via CSV template.
- Export current positions for reporting.
- Match rules: existing rows updated by SKU + merchant + location key.
Managing existing positions
- Edit quantity in place.
- Filter by merchant, location, SKU.
- Delete individual rows or bulk delete.
