Stub page, the structure below outlines what the finished page will cover.

Use delivery options to configure what a customer can pick at checkout (standard, express, same-day, scheduled, click-and-collect) and how that selection drives downstream service-level routing.

Creating a delivery option

  • Dashboard path: Settings > Shipping Automation > Delivery Options (/settings/delivery-options).
  • Step 1: Click + add option.
  • Step 2: Name the option and choose its type (standard, express, scheduled, click-and-collect).
  • Step 3: Set scope: merchants, pickup countries, dropoff countries.
  • Step 4: Map the option to a service level for downstream SLA computation.
  • Step 5: Configure customer-facing labels (per language) and any restrictions (cut-off times, weight limits).
  • Step 6: Save and activate.

Managing existing options

  • Reorder options to control how they appear at checkout.
  • Activate or deactivate individual options.
  • Edit, duplicate, or delete from the list.
