Key Events to Track via Webhooks

Below are some of the critical shipment events you may want to track using Carriyo webhooks:

1. Shipment Booked

  • Trigger : Booked
  • Description : Receive a notification whenever a shipment is successfully booked. This is useful for confirming that the order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

2. Shipment Default Label Generated

  • Trigger : Default Label Generated
  • Description : If you manage label printing externally, use this trigger to be notified when a shipment’s default label is generated. You can then automatically print the label within your own system.

3. Shipment Shipped
