Integration by Use Cases

You can achieve a basic integration with Carriyo using two main endpoints: one for sending shipment information to Carriyo and another for receiving status updates from Carriyo.

  • Integrate E-commerce Orders with Carriyo
    If you operate an e-commerce store, you can use one of our connectors for popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and SFCC. If none of the connectors are suitable for your requirement, you can also integrate your ecommerce orders using the Carriyo API.

  • Integrate WMS or OMS with Carriyo
    If you use an Order Management System (OMS) or Warehouse Management System (WMS), you can choose to integrate your fulfilment system with Carriyo instead of connecting your e-commerce orders directly with Carriyo.

  • Integrate Pre-Booked Shipments with Carriyo
    If you use an existing system to book shipments and generate labels, you can still utilize Carriyo for tracking shipments, analyzing shipping performance, and managing the post-purchase experience, including tracking pages and customer notifications via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

  • Integrate Reverse Shipments with Carriyo
    If you intend to use Carriyo to handle reverse shipments for customer returns, you can send the shipment information to book the carrier for the return.
